Stand with Ted
Support Teachers. Strengthen Academics. Prepare Students.
Ted Tredennick spent fifteen years in the classroom before becoming an attorney. Now he's running for SBISD Trustee to bring that experience where it matters most.
Standing Up for What Matters
Stand with Teachers
Teachers deserve respect, support, and the freedom to focus on teaching — not drowning in bureaucracy.
Strong Academics First
Our schools must prioritize reading, writing, math, and critical thinking so students graduate prepared for college, careers, or the skilled trades.
Parents as Partners
Parents deserve transparency and a real voice in their children's education. Schools succeed when families are engaged.
Safe & Orderly Schools
Students and teachers should learn and work in an environment that is safe, disciplined, and focused on learning.
Future-Ready Students
SBISD students should graduate ready for a changing world — understanding technology, AI, and emerging career pathways.
Responsible Stewardship
School board members must protect taxpayer resources and ensure funding reaches classrooms where it matters most.
I'm running because I believe our schools are one of the most important institutions in our community — and they deserve leadership that puts students first.

From the Classroom to the Courtroom
Ted Tredennick spent fifteen years as a classroom teacher before becoming an attorney. That experience shaped everything — he saw firsthand the dedication teachers bring to their students, and the bureaucratic obstacles that too often get in the way of great teaching.
Over the years, Ted watched the conversation around education become more divided and more political. He believes school boards should not be places for ideology. They should be places where thoughtful people focus on what matters: strong academics, safe schools, and opportunities for every student.
As an attorney, Ted built a practice representing people and families who needed someone willing to stand up for them — work that requires careful judgment, accountability, and the courage to make difficult decisions.
Ted's life was forever changed by a serious accident that left him in a wheelchair. That experience strengthened his faith, deepened his appreciation for community, and reinforced his belief that education gives every child the tools to overcome obstacles and build a meaningful future.
Ted and his family have deep roots in Spring Branch. He's running to protect the tradition of strong schools and ensure SBISD continues preparing students for whatever comes next.
Rooted in Spring Branch

Ted and his family have called Spring Branch home for over twenty years. Their roots in this community run deep.

My wife and I raised our family in Spring Branch ISD. I know how important it is to have school board members who focus on results, not politics. Ted brings real classroom experience and a commitment to fiscal responsibility — exactly what our district needs.
As a Memorial High School graduate, an SBISD parent, and someone who has served on the district's finance committee, I know what it takes to keep our schools strong. Ted's fifteen years in the classroom give him a perspective that's invaluable on a school board. I'm proud to support him.
